At HN Gems and Rudraksh Palace, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 10-day return policy under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
- The Rudraksha must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- A valid purchase receipt is required.
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
Refund Process:
- Contact us at hngemsrudraksha.com@gmail.com with order details.
- Ship the product back to our return address.
- Upon verification, refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days.
Non-Refundable Items:
Customized malas, energized Rudraksha, and discounted items are not eligible for returns.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-10 business days.
